Pheasant hunting jacket?

My room mate pheasant hunts with a couple of guys who have a blaze orange shooting jacket with fleece like shoulder and arm coverings on the outside – I’ve been searching all over the internet trying to find it for him – any one know what I am talking about and where I can find it. The fleece coverings on the shoulders and arms are gray.
